I'm Kristine Eikrem Engeset, an international middle and long-distance runner from Norway.

I launched my international career at the World Championships in Osaka in 2007 and went on to represent Norway in multiple international championships.

Every training plan is customized, taking into account: Your ambitions, your current fitness level, and your overall lifestyle to ensure it fits seamlessly with your work and personal commitments.

  • In an initial consultation, we’ll work together to create a training plan tailored to your goals, background, and current situation. Your training history, injury record, ambitions, and overall life load — including work, family, and social commitments — will all be taken into account to ensure the program fits your reality.

    What’s included:

    • A comprehensive start-up session to customize the program to your current level

    • A personalized training plan adapted to your goals, ambitions, and schedule

    • Ongoing follow-up to adjust the plan as needed based on progress and overall load

    Price: NOK 2 500 per month
    Minimum commitment: 3 months — to allow for progress and the establishment of consistent routines.

  • If you’re looking for flexible, one-on-one training on your own terms, individual PT sessions might be the right fit. Each session is fully tailored to your level, goals, and preferences.

    What’s included:

    An individual session can cover, for example:

    • Running drills

    • Running technique work

    • Interval training

    • Lactate testing

    • Strength training for runners

    Sessions are adapted to meet your needs and support your development — whether you want to refine your technique, improve performance, or simply train with expert guidance.

    Price: NOK 1 500 per hour

  • Group sessions are ideal if you're training with colleagues or friends, or simply want structured and motivating workouts together. Whether you're working toward a common goal or just want to move more as a team, each session is tailored to your group’s level, preferences, and ambitions.

    What’s included:

    A group session can include, for example:

    • Running intervals and fartlek sessions

    • Running drills and technique work

    • Strength training for runners

    • Tailored sessions focused on shared goals, such as preparing for Holmenkollstafetten

    Sessions can take place outdoors during the warmer months or on-site at your workplace during winter.

    Price: NOK 3 000 per hour

  • Lectures are available for groups interested in deepening their knowledge around training and performance. These sessions can be combined with physical training and are fully tailored to your group’s focus and needs.

    What’s included:

    Topics can include, for example:

    • Training planning and periodization

    • Staying motivated over time

    • Race and competition preparation

    • Altitude training and climate chamber use

    • Strength training for runners

    • Injury prevention and alternative training methods

    Each lecture is designed to be practical, engaging, and directly relevant to your goals. Physical sessions can be added to complement the learning experience.
